I'm Kishor Gidhu.

I’m Kishor Gidhu, based in Bengaluru, and I currently work at Rotofy Media and Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where I’m actively involved in social media marketing and digital strategy execution.

I hold an M.Com degree, which gave me a solid grounding in business fundamentals—how brands grow, how decisions are made, and why structure matters. But what truly shaped the way I work came from real-world experience, not just formal education.

Outside work, I’m a bike rider, traveler, and gamer—and these aren’t just hobbies for me. Riding long distances taught me endurance and discipline. Traveling helped me understand people, cultures, and perspectives. Gaming trained my mind to think in terms of strategy, timing, testing, and adaptation.

Interestingly, these experiences influence how I approach marketing every day.

At Rotofy, I work on social media campaigns, content planning, engagement strategies, and execution, focusing on consistency rather than shortcuts. I believe marketing isn’t about chasing trends blindly—it’s about understanding the audience, building trust over time, and showing up regularly with clarity and purpose.

I bring a mindset of focus, strategy, and accountability to everything I do. Whether it’s planning a campaign, refining content, or supporting a team goal, I approach work with the same seriousness and commitment that I bring to long rides or competitive gaming sessions.
